Graduates of the Department have a very good reputation and they figure well in their employment efforts. Mostly MSc graduates go into teaching at college and school levels in public and private institutions. MPhil and PhD graduates are often employed in leading bioscience research institutes and have careers as teachers in medical and dental colleges. In addition, they have opportunities in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Wildlife and Pest Control Departments. On the clinical side, our graduates are indulged in Diagnostic and Fertility Laboratories. Likewise, zoologists have also possibilities in NGOs active in the environmental and conservation issues like WWF, IUCN, Zoological Survey of Pakistan, and Natural History Museum.
